Temperature-controlled boxes, WhatsApp ping 20 minutes before arrival. You'll know exactly when it's coming.

Where do you deliver?+
Within the city, all postal codes. Same-day delivery before 9PM if ordered by 4PM. WhatsApp us to confirm your pin code.
What does delivery cost?+
₹149 for same-day delivery. Free on orders above ₹3,500. Gift delivery with cloth wrap and handwritten note is ₹249. Store pickup is always free.
How is my cake transported?+
In temperature-controlled insulated crates with hard-shelled cake boxes. Your Basque arrives exactly as it left — cool, intact, with the crust still set.
What if I am not home when it arrives?+
We will WhatsApp you 20 minutes before arrival. If you are not in, we can leave it with a neighbour, the gate guard, or reschedule — just reply to the message.
Can I order for a future date?+
Yes — select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Scheduled delivery is ₹99. Celebration cakes need 24 hours notice for custom finishing.
