Due to the nature of our products which is bakery items and confectionary we do not provide any exchange or return on the sold items. If the product is damaged or not consumable please provide us with the proof and we will refund the amount for the same.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
